These terms govern your use of Crypto Gratis, operated by Blackriver Fintech OÜ. By using the site you accept them.

1. What this site is

Crypto Gratis publishes general educational information about crypto-assets, universal basic income tokens and airdrops. It sells nothing, holds no funds, operates no wallet or exchange service, and provides no financial service of any kind.

2. Not advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a personal recommendation. Blackriver Fintech OÜ is not authorised to provide investment services. Decisions you make about crypto-assets are yours alone. See the risk disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. Accuracy

We take care to be accurate and we date every page with its last review. The projects described here change frequently and without notice, and information that was correct at review may not be correct when you read it. Always check the project's own official sources, which we link on every page, before acting.

4. Third-party links

Links to external sites are provided for reference. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Being linked from this site is not a recommendation to use a service.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we accept no liability for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published here — including loss of crypto-assets, loss of funds, or loss arising from a third-party service.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or reproduce substantial parts of it without permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Where you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your own country.
